We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to the CEO who can manage the CEO's daily operations, ensure smooth coordination across departments, and handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism. The ideal candidate should be excellent at multitasking, communication, and time management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle daily emails, communication, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, minutes of meetings, and business summaries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for the CEO as required.
  • Track deadlines, action items, and priorities to ensure timely execution.
  • Support the CEO in research, documentation, and decision-making tasks.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the CEO's office.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, calendar management tools, and basic documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with senior leadership or C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to think ahead, anticipate needs, and act proactively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹35,117.15 per month
