  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, often of a confidential nature.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Attend meetings and take detailed minutes or notes as required.
  • Manage communications including emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the executive.
  • Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and basic budgeting for the executive's office.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other executive-level documents.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems both digital and physical.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role (1+ year preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
