
Executive Assistant to CEO

- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, often of a confidential nature.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
- Attend meetings and take detailed minutes or notes as required.
- Manage communications including emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the executive.
- Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and basic budgeting for the executive's office.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other executive-level documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems both digital and physical.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role (1+ year preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
