Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Specialist to join our team and work for our US Clients. As a Cold Calling Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and setting up appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our products or services over the phone. **Experience in Real estate industry is an added advantage.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Introduce our company's products or services to potential clients and generate interest.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and gather relevant information.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.
- Set up appointments or demonstrations for our sales team with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Persistent and resilient with the ability to handle rejection.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200.00 - ₹350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
