As a Sales & Business Development Intern, I actively contributed to client acquisition and sales growth by engaging in lead generation, outreach, and relationship management. This role provided me with hands-on experience in cold calling, client communication, and sales strategy support.
Key Contributions:
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Researched and identified potential clients to build targeted lead lists.
- Conducted cold calls to introduce services and generate interest.
- Scheduled meetings and product demos for the sales team.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintained an organized CRM database of prospects and tracked interactions.
- Followed up with leads to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
- Assisted in addressing client queries, building trust, and ensuring satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Support
- Helped prepare sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Analyzed requirements to suggest effective solutions.
- Supported the sales team in deal closures and onboarding new clients.
Skills Gained:
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling techniques.
- Resilience in handling rejections with persistence.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Practical exposure to sales processes, client outreach, and business development.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
