As a Sales & Business Development Intern, I actively contributed to client acquisition and sales growth by engaging in lead generation, outreach, and relationship management. This role provided me with hands-on experience in cold calling, client communication, and sales strategy support.

Key Contributions:

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Researched and identified potential clients to build targeted lead lists.
  • Conducted cold calls to introduce services and generate interest.
  • Scheduled meetings and product demos for the sales team.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintained an organized CRM database of prospects and tracked interactions.
  • Followed up with leads to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
  • Assisted in addressing client queries, building trust, and ensuring satisfaction.

Sales Strategy & Support

  • Helped prepare sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Analyzed requirements to suggest effective solutions.
  • Supported the sales team in deal closures and onboarding new clients.

  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling techniques.
  • Resilience in handling rejections with persistence.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Practical exposure to sales processes, client outreach, and business development.
