**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct high-volume **outbound cold calls** to potential clients in the **IT services industry**.
- Generate leads and set up **qualified sales meetings** for the business development team.
- Identify decision-makers and engage them with tailored sales pitches.
- Understand customer pain points and align **Salesforce & AI services** as solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM with detailed call records and follow-up actions.
- Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on **industry trends, competitor offerings, and technology advancements**.

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years of experience in cold calling & lead generation** in the **IT service-based industry**.
- **Prior experience selling Salesforce, AI solutions, or cloud-based services** is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into potential business opportunities.
- Experience with CRM tools for managing call records and pipeline tracking.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a **target-oriented environment**.

**Preferred Industry & Experience**:

- **IT Services, SaaS, Cloud Computing, AI Solutions, CRM & ERP Sales.**:

- Experience in selling **Salesforce, AI-driven services, or automation solutions** is a plus.
