**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations and workflow.
- Maintain company records, files, and databases (digital and physical).
- Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Support onboarding activities such as workspace setup and ID card preparation.
- Schedule meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations.
- Ensure office cleanliness and maintenance.
- Assist HR, Finance, and other teams with administrative tasks.
- Organize office events and employee engagement activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in office or administrative roles.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹10,244.20 - ₹18,105.93 per month
