**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the COO’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Act as a communication bridge between the COO and internal departments or external stakeholders.
- Support in tracking projects, KPIs, and action items across departments to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for leadership meetings and strategic reviews.
- Assist in organizing leadership off-sites, review meetings, and corporate events.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration**, **Commerce**, or a related field.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, senior leadership environment.
- Strong skills in **executive administrative support**, including calendar management and travel coordination.
- Excellent **communication skills**—both written and verbal.
- High level of **organization**, ability to **multitask**, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discretion, emotional intelligence, and professionalism in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
