**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and tenants, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued at all times.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Resolve issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
- Conduct property tours for potential buyers, renters, or visitors, providing detailed information about the property’s features, amenities, and services.
- Communicate with tenants regarding property updates, maintenance requests, and other necessary information in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, such as property viewings, open houses, and tenant appreciation events.
- Gather feedback from clients, guests, and tenants to assess their experiences and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Maintain records of guest interactions, feedback, and inquiries in company systems. Prepare reports as necessary.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Maintenance) to ensure that guest experiences are seamless and positive across all touchpoints.
- Represent the company’s brand and values by ensuring that every guest interaction aligns with the organization’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
