**Job Title: Customer Support Assistant - Uma Ornaments**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Management**: Assist with order processing, including entry and tracking of customer orders in the system.
- **Product Information**: Provide accurate details about product availability, pricing, and specifications to customers.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency with customer management systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of jewelry products, design, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in the jewelry industry or a similar field.
