Customer Support Executive

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Assist with order processing, including entry and tracking of customer orders in the system.
- Product Information: Provide accurate details about product availability, pricing, and specifications to customers.
- Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Coordination: Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within the jewellery industry.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency with customer management systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of jewellery products, design, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in the jewellery industry or a similar field.
