**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator
**Location**: Vashi, Mumbai
**Experience**: 2 years
**Qualification**: Any Graduate
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate interdepartmental activities between the factory team and the respective sales team for order processing.
- Prepare quotations and forward them to customers as needed.
- Manage leads, create job orders, and process sales orders.
- Follow up on payments with clients.
- Arrange and attend weekly conference calls and meetings, and prepare minutes of the meeting (MOM).
- Prepare sales reports (Monthly, Weekly).
- Arrange product samples for customers.
- Support the customer care team by managing phone inquiries.
- Coordinate the sales team's schedules, maintain filing of important documents, and communicate relevant information.
- Ensure that sales-related equipment or materials are sufficient and functional.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested.
- Update and maintain customer information in the database.
- Ensure adequate sales funnels for the sales team.
- Generate leads through cold calling and pass them to the sales team.
- Maintain client records, answer questions about products, prices, and availability.
- Submit activity reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analyses.
- Perform all other tasks as requested by management to support sales efforts.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Any graduate with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate between teams efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation is a plus.
- Ability to interact with clients and explain products effectively.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
