Cherry Merry is a premium food brand offering healthy, homely, and handcrafted products, curated with love and quality. We specialize in gifting solutions, festive hampers, and subscription-based healthy snack packs.
We are looking for passionate and driven **Field Sales Executives** to join our team and grow our brand presence in retail, corporate gifting, and direct customer segments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach **new retail outlets, corporate clients, and distributors** to onboard them with Cherry Merry products.
- Actively pitch Cherry Merry products, **explaining features and benefits** to potential clients.
- Drive **B2B and B2C sales**, including festive hampers and subscription products.
- Maintain and grow relationships with **existing customers and partners**.
- Meet **daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets**.
- Ensure **visibility of products** at retail counters and gifting outlets.
- Collect **market feedback** and report competitor activities.
- Work closely with the operations team to **ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction**.
- Represent Cherry Merry at **events, exhibitions, and marketing activations**.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- **Experience**:
- 0-2 years of field sales experience (FMCG or food industry preferred).
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome.
- **Skills**:
- Strong **communication and negotiation skills**.
- **Self-motivated** and target-driven.
- Ability to **build and maintain client relationships**.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.
- **Language**: Fluency in **Kannada and English** (Hindi is a plus).
- **Two-wheeler & valid license** required.
