**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit clients/customers in the assigned territory to promote and sell company products/services
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and local networking
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Collect market feedback and report to management
- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and daily activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service
- Participate in promotional events or campaigns if required

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience (field sales preferred) or willingness to learn
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
- Own vehicle and valid driving license (if applicable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
