Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:

- Manage client scheduling, intake processes, and appointment reminders.
- Foster a positive client experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with therapists to facilitate effective communication and coordination of client care.
- Study competition to find new ways to retain clients.

2. Record Keeping:

- Coordinate and oversee the maintenance of client records and databases.
- Ensure accurate and secure record-keeping practices to safeguard client information.

3. Finance:

- Handle billing and invoicing processes, including insurance claims and payment tracking.
- Monitor revenue streams, including client payments and insurance reimbursements.
- Generate financial reports and analyse data to identify trends and improve financial performance.

4. Therapist Management:

- Build relationships with therapists and their clients.
- Create plans to address clients' needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Schedule meetings and sessions for therapists to optimise their availability.

5. Crisis Management:

- Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
- Implement strategies to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive working environment.

6. Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Lead management, senior management, accounts, admin, etc.) to address clients' needs.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among various stakeholders.

7. Business Operations and Expansion:

- Support the overall business operations, including strategic planning and execution.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and contribute to the development of growth strategies.

8. Facilities Management:

- Ensure that all counselling centres are in the best condition and ambiance for therapy.
- Oversee day-to-day facilities management at different centres.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Healthcare administration, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with therapy administration and counselling practices.
- Proficiency in financial management and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines in therapy services.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
