**Tender Identification and Analysis**:

- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities relevant to the company's products and services.
- Conduct thorough analysis of tender documents to understand requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.
- Tender Preparation and Submission:Prepare comprehensive tender proposals and documents in accordance with specifications and guidelines.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, including technical specifications, financial statements, and compliance certificates, are included in the tender submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information and ensure timely submission of tenders

**Compliance and Regulation**:

- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to tender processes.
- Stay updated on changes in tendering laws, policies, and procedures, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Mitigate risks associated with tender submissions by conducting thorough due diligence and adherence to compliance standards.

**Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, procurement officials, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external partners and stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to leverage relationships and explore new business opportunities.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender management, preferably in the manufacturing or healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of tendering processes, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and tender management software.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
