Mumbai, India SPAN ENTERPRISES Full time

1. Data Collection from Gem portal and other govt websites, Downloading Tender enquiries for medicines and surgical instruments from various Government Websites,

2. Preparation of bid submissions, documentation and quoting tenders online and offline of India

3. Experience in quoting tenders of Pharmaceutical products in Govt., semi-government, Corporate, Private hospitals.

4.Forwarding Rate Enquiries to Respective manufacturing companies and quoting government tenders

5. Preparing a competitive chart of BIDDERS participating in Tenders.
6. If tender requires EMD/ BANK GUARANTEE, Follow up with bank for Preparation of EMD, Bank guarantee

7. Follow up for refund of EMD, Bank guarantee.
8. Networking/ Follow Up with Liasoners for timely payments.
9. In coordination with the sales/ billing team, dispatch goods of tenders awarded.
10. Ensure repeated order generation.

11. Should be proactive in finding new Products online

12. Should have good communication skills, expert computer skills and should know advance excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Fixed shift

- Malad, Mumbai - 400064, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
