**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GEM Bidding and Execution**:

- Stay well-versed with GEM guidelines and bidding processes.
- Handle GEM bidding and execution, ensuring compliance with all regulations and requirements.
- **Tender Inquiry and Monitoring**:

- Regularly check new tender inquiries on government tender portals, websites, and other platforms.
- Keep track of all relevant tenders and ensure timely action on them.
- **Document Preparation**:

- Prepare documents as per the tender inquiry checklist.
- Compile and prepare technical and financial bids within the given timeline.
- Draft authorization and amendment letters, as well as other clarification letters, for government and private hospitals.
- **EMD and Tender Fee Management**:

- Prepare Earnest Money Deposits (EMD) and tender fees for submission.
- Maintain accurate records of tenders, EMD, Bank Guarantees (BG), and other related details.
- **GEM Bidding Support**:

- Provide necessary documents and pricing information for GEM bidding.
- Execute agreements and security deposits for qualified tenders.
- **E-Portal Management**:

- Sign and upload tender documents on e-portals.
- Register the company on various e-portals, providing the required documentation.
- Maintain Registration Certificates (RC), analysis reports, and Purchase Order (PO) copies.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Coordinate with liaison officers, dealers, and field staff for tender follow-ups and tracking.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tender processes.
- **Bid Preparation**:

- Prepare technical and commercial bids for online and offline tenders for government and private organizations.
- Handle any required authorizations and amendments as per the demands of government or private hospital tenders.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Graduate in BE, Biomedical, BSc, BBM, BBA, Diploma, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience with GEM bidding and tender execution is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Well-organized, responsible, and proactive with an aptitude for problem-solving.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
