**TENDER EXECUTIVE**
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the planning and compilation of bid submission documents for both domestic and international tendering/bidding activities, including Tender Questionnaires and Pre-qualifications.
- Efficiently organize and mobilize efforts across relevant departments involved in tendering, bidding activities, and contract review.
- Effectively manage clients' bid requirements, ensuring alignment across various departments.
- Carefully examine incoming tenders and record essential details.
- Gather comprehensive tender information and references from a variety of sources.
- Vigilantly monitor and ensure strict adherence to tender submission deadlines.
- Ensure that all tender submissions conform to the client's specific tender requirements.
- Handle end-to-end order processing, encompassing order monitoring, execution, payment follow-ups, performance bank guarantees, work completion/feedback, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a technical discipline.
- Proficiency in the tendering process with prior experience.
- Familiarity with techno-commercial bids and tenders in the marine and offshore sectors, particularly in the oil & gas industry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
