Job Profile: Tender Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Management**: Handle the entire tendering process, including identification, preparation, submission, and follow-up for GeM, private, government, and international tenders.
- **Project Coordination**: Oversee project timelines, ensure compliance with tender requirements, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining tender documentation, managing databases, and assisting with account and team management.
- **Brochure Creation**: Design and create brochures and other marketing materials using Canva to support tender submissions and company promotions.
- **Documentation**: Ensure all tender-related documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all tender submissions.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify potential tender opportunities and stay updated with market trends and industry standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the tender, project management, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in tender management for GeM, private, government, and international tenders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Canva for brochure and marketing material creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of administrative processes and team coordination.
- South Mumbai an onsite

Pay: ₹9,864.20 - ₹34,421.59 per month
