**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide variety of Indian and tandoori dishes, including curries, kebabs, breads (naan, roti), and biryanis.
- Operate tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
- Ensure consistency and quality in taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
- Plan menus and specials in coordination with the head chef or management.
- Manage kitchen inventory and place orders for spices and ingredients as required.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff if needed.
- Maintain proper records of food cost, wastage, and stock levels.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Indian/Tandoori Chef in a reputed restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, regional recipes, and tandoori techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen budgeting, portion control, and stock management.
- Certificate or diploma in culinary arts or hotel management preferred.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
