- **Lead Conversion**:Effectively convert inbound leads into customers by understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- **Sales Targets**:Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Qualification**:
○ Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- **Product Knowledge**:
○ Maintain a deep understanding of AIWO's products and services to effectively address customer needs.
○ Provide accurate and detailed information to potential customers, guiding them through the decision-making process.
- **Sales Process Management**:
○ Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information.
○ Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and share insights for continuous improvement.
- **Performance Reporting**:
○ Regularly report on sales activities, progress towards targets, and customer feedback to management.

- **Product Knowledge**:Willingness to learn and stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
- **Problem-Solving**:Ability to address customer objections and find suitable solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
- **Technical Skills**:Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
**Compensation**:
- **Salary**:₹2,50,000 - ₹4,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
