GREEN Limited is seeking a motivated and dynamic **Solar Sales Representative** to join our growing team. You will play a key role in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to customers. Your responsibilities include generating leads, educating clients, conducting site assessments, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold-calling, and inbound leads.
- Conduct site visits and evaluate customer properties to determine solar energy needs and suitable system sizes.
- Present and explain solar energy systems, solutions, various products, and environmental benefits to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales cycle and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with solar technology trends, local regulations, and incentive programs.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven sales experience; solar or renewable energy industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of solar technology and energy markets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for field sales roles).
