Job Description:
An **Inbound Sales Executive** is responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries, engaging with potential customers, and guiding them through the sales process. Unlike outbound sales, where representatives actively reach out to leads, inbound sales focus on responding to prospects who have already shown interest in the company's products or services.

**Key Responsibilities of an Inbound Sales Executive**
- Excellent English communication skill.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s offerings to answer customer questions effectively.
- Convert inquiries into sales by building rapport and providing persuasive solutions.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Persuasive selling techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on relationship building.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
