**Job Title**: Inbound Sales Executive
**Location**: Chennai
**Experience Required**: 3 - 6 years
**Salary Range**: ₹5 - 6 LPA

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Convert inbound queries into qualified sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance using CRM tools and provide regular reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 - 6 years of proven experience in inbound sales, inside sales, or customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build rapport and handle customer objections effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
