**Job Title**: Inbound Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Inbound Sales Executive is responsible for responding to incoming customer inquiries, understanding customer needs, and providing appropriate solutions through the sale of products or services. This role involves nurturing leads, building customer relationships, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Understand customer needs**: Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and suggest appropriate products or services.
- **Sales conversion**: Proactively convert leads and inquiries into sales by providing detailed product/service information and resolving customer concerns.
- **Cross-selling and up-selling**: Identify additional sales opportunities by recommending complementary products or services.
- **Customer relationship management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
- **Order processing**: Accurately record and process sales orders, ensuring all customer details and requirements are captured.
- **Follow-up on leads**: Regularly follow up on inbound leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- **Meet or exceed sales targets**: Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.
- **Maintain CRM records**: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- **Collaborate with other departments**: Coordinate with the marketing, support, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
