**Job Title**:Inbound Customer Service Representative

We are seeking dynamic individuals with excellent communication skills and proficiency in two different languages (Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil) for our client's Inbound Customer Service role. Prior experience in a BPO setting is advantageous, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries and requests related to our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer requirements.
- Work in a rotational day shift (8 am to 9 pm), totaling any 9 hours.
- Follow a 6-day working schedule with rotational weekly offs.

**Added Benefits**:

- Alternatively, a 5000 INR joining bonus will be included in the 1st month's salary.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Freshers or individuals with 6 months of experience in a BPO setting.
- Any graduates are welcome to apply.
- Age criteria: 18 - 29 years.

**Compensation**:

- Annual CTC: 180,000 to 216,000 INR.
- Take-home salary: 12,750 to 14,500 INR per month, plus incentives.
