**Job Title**: Malayalam Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a proficient Malayalam Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our Malayalam-speaking clients. Your primary duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products or services in the Malayalam language.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and concerns effectively and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best possible support to customers
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution
- Uphold the company's standards of customer service excellence at all times

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Malayalam and proficiency in English
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
