- **Lead Generation**:Proactively identify and engage potential customers to generate leads and drive sales.
- **Sales Conversion**:Effectively convert leads into customers by presenting tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- **Target Achievement**:Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting**:
○ Identify and qualify potential customers through research and effective questioning techniques.
- **Sales Presentations**:
○ Develop and deliver effective sales pitches and product demonstrations to prospective customers.

○ Address customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to close sales.
- **Relationship Management**:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster repeat business.

○ Provide timely follow-ups and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**:
○ Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.

○ Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- **Reporting**:
○ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.

○ Provide regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and market feedback to management.

**Skills & Expertise Required**:

- **Sales Experience**:Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.

- **Negotiation Skills**:Proven ability to persuade and close deals effectively.
- **Time Management**:Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- **CRM Proficiency**:Familiarity with CRM software to track leads and sales activities.
- **Product Knowledge**:Willingness to learn and understand AIWO's products and services to effectively sell them.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**:₹3,00,000 - ₹5,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- **Incentives**:Performance-based incentives and bonuses.

- Individuals who prefer inbound sales roles or are uncomfortable with cold calling.
- Those lacking experience in sales or unwilling to engage in proactive sales activities.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
