**About Us**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a telecaler / Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and converting them into sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Communicate effectively with customers in Tamil

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of sales/outbound telecalling experience
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil
- Ability to work 6 days a week (Tuesday off, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mandatory working )
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

**Working Hours**:

- 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, 6 days a week

**Salary**:

- Freshers: ₹15,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on current salary)
- Salary will be extended based on interview performance and preview salary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
