**About Us**:
AIWO is a fast-growing organization committed to wellness and customer satisfaction. We are looking for dynamic and motivated Telesales Representatives to join our team and play a key role in expanding our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain AIWO’s products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
- Follow up with potential leads and ensure excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejections positively and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- **Immediate joiners required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
