Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Chennai. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and closing sales. Make outbound calls to US Technology Companies (IT Services, Saa S, Software Providers). Identify decision-makers, introduce company services, and set appointments for the BD Team. Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of Technology Prospects. Research IT / Technology companies to identify potential outsourcing opportunities. Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up records, and lead trackers. Support BD team by transferring leads with detailed notes. Qualifications 1–3 years of telecalling / lead generation experience (preferably with US/UK/Middle East/International Clients). Strong Communication in English (verbal and written) and Customer Service skills Prior telesales experience is a plus Proven Sales skills Understanding of IT/tech services terminology will be an advantage. Comfortable working in night shift (UK/US hours). Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is added advantage
