Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Chennai. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and closing sales.


  • Make outbound calls to US Technology Companies (IT Services, SaaS, Software Providers).
  • Identify decision-makers, introduce company services, and set appointments for the BD Team.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of Technology Prospects.
  • Research IT / Technology companies to identify potential outsourcing opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up records, and lead trackers.
  • Support BD team by transferring leads with detailed notes.


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of telecalling / lead generation experience (preferably with US/UK/Middle East/International Clients).
  • Strong Communication in English (verbal and written) and Customer Service skills
  • Prior telesales experience is a plus
  • Proven Sales skills
  • Understanding of IT/tech services terminology will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in night shift (UK/US hours).
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is added advantage
