**Position Overview**:
The Telesales Representative is responsible for generating sales over the phone by reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals. This individual will play a crucial part in driving revenue and expanding the customer base for the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in the company’s products or services.
- Manage inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and converting them into sales.
- Identify potential leads and qualify them to determine the best sales approach.
- Schedule follow-up calls with interested customers to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, technology, retail) may be preferred depending on the company’s focus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
