**Generating Leads and Identifying Customers**:
Telesales executives proactively reach out to potential customers (cold calling) or manage inbound leads, qualifying them for sales opportunities.

**Building Customer Relationships**:
They aim to build rapport and trust with customers, fostering repeat business and positive customer experiences.

**Customer Service and Support**:
Telesales executives address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Following up with Customers**:
This includes contacting customers after a sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
