RSoft (UK Based) is a leading software product development company in India. We develop Mobile & Cloud based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Solution for all size of businesses. Such as Small, Medium, Large Size of businesses, B2B and B2C enterprises to increase leads and sales opportunities.
**Roles& Responsibilities
- (Preferably Chennai, & Tamilnadu)**
- Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
- Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
- Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
- Generating Leads and do cold calling fixing appointment for showing demo
- Updating the entire customer's information CRM Software.
- Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
- Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Telesales Manager.
- Providing an excellent customer service to the customers.
- Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Work From Home Available/ Full-time / Permanent
- Min 1 + year of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representative, or a related job position in the Sales department.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding ability to follow scripts.
- Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems promptly.
- Ability to deal with different personalities.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
