**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **inbound and outbound sales calls** with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
- **Contact potential or existing customers** to introduce and promote our products/services.
- **Answer customer inquiries** and provide accurate information about offerings.
- **Collect and update customer information** and other relevant data.
- **Generate and schedule qualified leads** and appointments for the direct sales team.
- **Follow up on leads** and convert them into **site visits or product demonstrations**.
- **Maintain accurate records** of calls, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Understand customer needs and **suggest suitable solutions or alternatives**.
- **Process product/service orders** in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or telesales representative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- **Language proficiency**: Must be fluent in **English, Hindi, and Tamil** (both spoken and written).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
