**Job Title**: Telesales Executive

**Experience**: 3 - 5 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the database/leads provided.
- Explain product features, services, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
- Work closely with the sales team to support overall business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Higher Secondary (12th pass) with relevant skills.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
