**Role: JR.SALES EXECUTIVE**
**Role Definition**
Converting Lead of influencers /New leads inbound and outbound into site visit. Working Hand in hand with Sales manager in achieving sales target and add value to customers life.
**Responsibility Deliverable**
- Converting leads from Inbound /Out bound call into site visit.
- Working hand in hand with Sales Manager throughout the Sales Process from welcome exit
- Finding Problems and Solution in Hospitality and service
- Sending Touchpoint to Influencer and converting them for site visit.
**Tasks & Activities**
- Leads Conversion.
- Calling on inbound and outboard calls of influencer and New lead.
- Arrange they site visit.
- Daily talk time should be maintained as per Standard.
- Quality of the calls should be maintained as per parameter.
- Welcoming and Presenting
- Greeting, welcoming and giving service to the customers.
- Making arrangement for Presentation.
- Open sales process SOP.
- Check weather sales process is followed or not buy the Manager.
- Keep Google meet recording ready.
- Helping the Manager through the presentation and site tour.
- Highlight the customer Breed question and prepare solutions.
- Prepare customer case study
- Find out if any problems in the hospitality and site visit.
- Check checklist are filled, Broachers all Stationary are available and place properly.
- Sending timely follow-up WhatsApp messages to Channels partners and arranging site visit.
**Measurement Metrics**
- Minimum Talk time should be minimum 4 hours.
- Turnaround time should not be more than 1 hour.
- All call process should be followed as per Quality parameter.
- 10% Conversion for Calling.
- Reporting to Team leader and Sales manager.
- Out bound call should be minimum of 3 minis.
- Follow-up as per SOP to be done.
- Feedback of the lead quality should be given to Team leader.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
