Position / Role: GM Sales (Home, Office, Hotels)
Experience Required: 8 - 10 years.
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: CMD
Industries Preferred: Fit-out interior project sales experience, preferably in the turnkey and interior works sector, commercial, real estate, hospitality sector.
Preferred experience: Good experience in categories like high end luxury design & execution, Furniture, Tiles, Paints, Bathrooms, Lights, Kitchens, Floorings, Office Chairs, Doors, Décor, Furnishing, Safes, Carpets, Nursery, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing a marketing plan to grow the company's business in the Interior Design sector.
2. Coordinating marketing and sales campaigns.
3. Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
4. Researching and contacting potential clients to understand their requirements and secure deals.
5. Maintaining effective communication and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
6. Managing projects from beginning to completion.
7. Other responsibilities, as the company may deem necessary from time to time, related to sales and marketing.

- Excellent communication skills
- Proven working experience in marketing & client servicing.
- The proven track record on client and campaign management
- Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in presentation.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Experience with social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Project management experience preferred.
