Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
Property Sales:
Showcase residential or commercial properties to clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Prepare and execute sales contracts and other documentation.
Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors.
Provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and advertising.
Maintain a database of potential and past clients.
Customer Service:
Ensure clients have a seamless property buying or selling experience.
Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in real estate or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of local property laws and market conditions is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary with commission-based incentives.
