
IT Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential customers in the designated territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that address their business challenges.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide post-sales support as needed.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and product development to ensure a seamless sales process.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the sales manager.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
