Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new customers through calls, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the lighting industry.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our lighting solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting, product development, project fulfilment, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Prepare quotations, reports, and presentations for clients and prospects.
- Assist with execution and completion of projects end-to-end from initial discussions to after-sales service
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the lighting industry or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
