Office Administrator:
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning and Maintaining Director’s Calendar and meetings.
- Calling customers and making meeting arrangements with customer
- Communicating customers on delivery schedule of their orders
- RFQs Follow-up and Quote preparation
- Invoice & Packing List preparation.
- Dispatch and Delivery follow-ups
- Accounting Purchase Bills and payments
- Supporting company Auditors for on-time filing
- Accounting and Managing office and local expenses
- Projects Tracker update and follow-up with the team and get things done on time.
- Daily dashboard preparation and updates to stack holders
- Weekly & daily meeting action plans follow-up
- Tracking of Team’s attendance
- Tracking of pending requests from Internal and External Customers
- Taking care of Employees official requirements and facility
Requirements and skills
- Good communication skill (Speaking & Writing)
- Any bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience in relevant field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
