
Sales Operations Executive

As our Operations Executive you will be a part of the International Sales team, selling our AI/NLP based SAAS Product across multiple industries and markets.
**What To Expect **
- Lead and maintain operational excellence, ensuring that all sales processes are running efficiently
- Ensuring Hubspot is operating effectively and all data is accurately reflected for reporting purposes
- Owning & champion administrative components to the sales cycle such as supporting in the collation of content to respond to RFI & RFP's, reviewing contracts and completing the relevant internal approval processes
- Create, manage and lead Hubspot reports/dashboards to ensure accurate reporting for the Management and the sales team directly
- Drive the collaboration when sourcing information through internal teams such as product, technology, security, legal and marketing
- Work with the Management & VP's of Sales by providing support in the preparation of client meetings, collating the sales collateral, and organizing any required follow up information with internal stakeholders.
- Working with lead generation team to ensure that leads are relevant and distributed to the right point of contact across all industries and geographies
**Additional Responsibilities**
- Develop and maximize a strong knowledge of the platform and its engagement solution Connect
- Work with their markets and regions to ensure sales operational processes are aligned
- Staying abreast of their product roadmap, reporting any commercial & market requirements to the relevant stakeholders
**About you**
- Clear and measurable experience in managing processes effectively with strong results orientation is essential
- Previous experience in a sales support role such as operations, pre-sales or commercially orientated client success role
- Expertise in Microsoft Powerpoint
- Exposure in using tools like Canva.( Desirable)
- Good with creating collaterals for sales
- Experience in using CRM systems
- Ability to work cross-teams and towards tight deadlines
- Comfortable operating independently and across teams in an evolving and matrix environment
- Flexible mindset is required as this is a growing business that could pivot at any time so nimble thinking and flexibility to change approaches is required
- Ability to strongly partner with and advise senior sales leaders, as well as have strong cross-functional skills
- You will be able to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to put together a commercially appealing presentation would be an advantage
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹76,000.00 per month
