**Salary**: 20,000 INR to 35,000 INR CTC
**Work Mode**: Work from home.
**Work Schedule**: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
**Timings**: 8AM to 5PM **P*acific **S**tandard **T*ime
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and maintain sales processes and documentation to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Manage and qualify incoming leads to ensure they meet predefined criteria and are routed to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance metrics in the CRM system.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Assist with the coordination of sales meetings, product demonstrations, and customer follow-ups.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the sales operations function and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales team members on sales processes, tools, and best practices.
**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, with a strong understanding of the US market.
- Excellent English communication. Having US accent is an added advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and data analysis software is a plus.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Other Requirements**:
- Proven track record of supporting a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
