Healthy Jeena Sikho is seeking a proactive and organized professional to manage store operations and drive B2B business growth in Gurgaon and Janakpuri. This role combines responsibilities of overseeing store activities and generating partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to expand our reach in the healthcare equipment and solutions market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Store Management**:

- Maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely stock updates, reorders, and accurate record-keeping.
- Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Ensure store cleanliness, proper product display, and effective organization to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery and returns, managing any discrepancies promptly.
- **B2B Sales & Relationship Building**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for ICU beds, wheelchairs, respiratory devices, and other medical equipment.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts or agreements to secure partnerships and sales.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Track store performance, inventory turnover, and customer feedback to make informed recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, store operations, and B2B engagement activities.
- Monitor competitor activity in the market and provide insights on industry trends.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in store management, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Organizational skills to manage store activities and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Proficiency in MS Office, basic familiarity with inventory management systems, and CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
