BRITE is a US-based pharma-tech startup that provides a platform for doctors to easily prescribe bioidentical hormones to their patients. We offer provider training, decision support tools, and a patient app that helps manage treatments, refills, and education — making hormone therapy safer, simpler, and more affordable.
Our goal is to help practices grow by giving their patients better results, lower costs, and a safer, more natural experience with 100% organic products.
**Role Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Process orders and perform required compliance checks before fulfillment.
- Follow detailed backend operational SOPs (such as client onboarding etc.).
- Proactively monitor tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams when issues arise.
**Requirements**:
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Highly organized and proactive with task management.
- Comfortable following detailed processes and workflows.
- Must be able to work US Eastern Time (EST) hours**:9 AM - 5 PM**:
- Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/computer.
- Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve independently.
- (Bonus) Experience with healthcare platforms, order processing, or customer support.
**Working Hours**
- Full-time
- Must work during US business hours
**Compensation**
- To be discussed individually.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
