Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Helpdesk Ticket Dispatcher to join our team and facilitate the resolution of technical issues for our clients.
**Requirements**:
US Shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST)
Mon-Fri
**Exp**: 2 years
**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
Taking ownership of a current request assigned to you and ensuring they are handled effectively within TAT.
Responsible for administrative tasks.
Logging in tickets/dispatching tickets, and making sure the details filled in the ticket are correct and that it is assigned to an appropriate technician/engineer.
Monitor all the tickets on a daily basis to check if any ticket is unassigned or if any ticket’s SLA has been breached.
**Requirement**:
Minimum 2 years experience as Customer Care Representative/Virtual Assistant for Voice process (International client).
Communicate ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Knowledge of IT process and Ticket management (Not mandatory)
Knowledge of Basic/advanced office tools
Coordinating and communicating with other departments to ensure good customer experience.
Good documentation skills related to proposal writing, scheduling meetings, etc.
The role would require working in the US time zone.
**Skills**:
Good communication skills with speech clarity and fluency in the English language.
Excellent telephone etiquette
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of customer care principles and practices
Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
