**Position: Customer Care Representative (Malayalam-Speaking)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide clear information about Relieva’s usage, dosage, and healing process.
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking deliveries, and handling payment-related queries.
- Offer empathetic support to customers who may be experiencing discomfort or hesitation in discussing health concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions on Zoho CRM
- Escalate medical or technical queries to Ayurvedic doctors or senior team members when necessary.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve product experience and service delivery.
- Uphold AyurSure’s brand values**:Trust, Care, Healing, and Professionalism.**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- _**Language Skills**:_ Fluency in Malayalam and basic proficiency in English (Hindi - preferable).
- _**Technical Skills**:_

2. Basic knowledge of online payment systems and order management software.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to reassure customers dealing with sensitive health issues.
- _**Minimum educational qualification**:_Bachelor's Degree
- _**Preferred Additional Degree**:_ MBA or BAMS - Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
- Prior experience in customer service (healthcare, pharma, or wellness industry preferred but not mandatory).

**Work Mode**:

- Remote.
- _**Timing**:_ 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday. (1 Hour Break in between)
- Must take occasional customer calls outside of this window

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
