**Performance Marketing Executive - Lead Generation**

**KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Premium and Conversion-Oriented Lead Generation**:

- **Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns tailored to luxury consumer behaviour across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Shopping Ads, LinkedIn and all other platforms Possible.**
- **Track, Analyse, and improve campaign performance**
- **Manage daily ad budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting effectively.**
- **To develop effective creatives for campaigns.**:

- **Generate detailed performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.**:

- **Set up and monitor conversion tracking and remarketing campaigns.**:

- **Help drive traffic to the brand's WhatsApp Catalogue, website, or landing pages.**:

- **Manage leads and conversion funnel strategies for jewellery or high-value products.**
- **Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual storytelling align with the premium positioning of the jewellery brand.**
- **Manage and optimize ROAS-driven paid campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram) focused on lead generation, sales conversion, and traffic generation.**
- **Work with CRM, SEO, influencer, and content teams to ensure an integrated luxury marketing strategy.**
- **Proven expertise in managing high-quality lead acquisition across domestic and international luxury markets.**

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- **Proficient in running campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads.**
- **Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, GA4, or other reporting tools.**
- **Creative mindset for suggesting ad copy, visuals, and hooks.**
- **Strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation.**
- **Expert in knowledge of e-commerce funnels or luxury retail buyer journey.**
- **Deep understanding of consumer Behaviour in Fine Jewellery and high-ticket retail space.**
- **Ability to manage ad budgets efficiently with ROI as a key focus.**
- **Excellent communication skills (especially for status reporting and presenting insights).**
- **Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Shopping Campaigns**

**- Strong understanding of Luxury Consumer Psychology & Buying Behaviour**
- **Experienced in retargeting strategies to nurture leads and drive conversion among premium audiences.**
- **Hands-on experience in A/B Testing, Funnel Optimization, Retargeting**
- **Excellent understanding of KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate**
- **Ability to create visually aesthetic campaigns suited for luxury and bridal jewellery markets**

**- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush, or similar**
- **Experienced in retargeting strategies to nurture leads and drive conversion among premium audiences.**

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, LTV, etc.).**:

- **Familiar with conversion tracking setups (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.).**:

- **Knowledge of sales funnels, customer journeys, and remarketing principles.**:

- **Insight into performance marketing trends and algorithm updates.**:

- **Experience with retail brands, especially Fine Jewellery Expert in HNI & Ultra HNI**
- **Know-how of tools like Canva/Photoshop (for minor creative edits) is a bonus.**
- **Prior work with brands targeting luxury fashion markets**
- **Good communication and reporting skills**
- **Ability to handle a premium clientele mindfully with brand-sensitive communication**

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or related field.**:

- **Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹9,408.42 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 2.5 - 5 per week
